Dr Louise Bramble is a GP Partner at Chaddesley Corbett Surgery in Kidderminster, and the Clinical Lead for NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). Previously, she was the Interim Chair of NHS Wyre Forest CCG before it merged with the other three CCGs in Herefordshire and Worcestershire on 1 April 2020.
Having undertaken her GP training in Worcestershire, Louise also lives in Worcestersire with her husband Dr Neill Bramble and their two young children.
Barbra’s professional background is as a registered nurse and she has over 35 years’ experience in the NHS. Barbra commenced her first role in clinical governance in 2000, gaining experience in audit, patient engagement and incident management. Following this she undertook a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Risk Management at Loughborough University.
Barbra joined the LMNS in June 2020; her most recent roles include Quality Governance Manager within Women & Children’s Services and managing a patient safety team, both within acute trust settings. Barbra is eager to drive improvements within maternity and neonatal services for families across the two counties.
Dr Rachel Duckett is a Consultant Obstetrician at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. She has previously been Divisional Medical Director for Women and Children’s Services and Clinical Director for Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Her special interests are Fetal Medicine, Antenatal and Intrapartum care. She loves her job and feels privileged to provide high quality care for the mothers and babies of Worcestershire since 2007. In her role with the LMNS she is looking forward to utilising her clinical and governance skills across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
She lives in Worcestershire with her husband and two school-age children. Having previously been an international fencer she now enjoys sport through her children!
Zoe has been a Midwife in Worcestershire for 10 years working in all areas within the unit at Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
Five years ago she became the lead for the Intrapartum Clinical system and in November 2020 was the lead midwife for the implementation project for BadgerNet – the end to end electronic patient record for Maternity in Worcestershire.
Zoe is the Digital Lead for the LMNS and has a passion for quality improvement and using accurate data collection to inform safe practice and improve patient experience.
She is a mother to three boys and loves a good football match!
Herefordshire and Worcestershire Local Maternity System forms part of the local Herefordshire and Worcestershire Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).
The STP is a long-term plan to address some of the local health and care issues we have, to improve health for people across the area, and to ensure we can to provide safe and sustainable care into the future.
This means putting prevention and self-care at the heart of what we do, strengthening and sustaining our GP services, developing our ‘out of hospital’ offer, providing safe and sustainable specialist services such as cancer and maternity, and ensuring that people can access the right urgent and emergency care services, without delays when needed.
