Maternity and paternity benefits and leave – an NHS site which lists the benefits you’re entitled to when you’re pregnant, and has information on maternity, paternity and shared parental leave.

Best Beginnings – practical, simple, educational and interactive tools to support parents-to-be and new parents. Including the  award-winning Baby Buddy app.

Tommy’s – support for parents and families who lose a baby, experience premature birth and to help everyone have a safe and healthy pregnancy.

South West Midlands Neonatal Operational Delivery Network – information if you are having a high risk pregnancy and your baby is expected to need extra care after birth, or your baby may already be born and is being cared for on a Neonatal Unit.

Kicks Count – raising awareness of the importance of monitoring baby’s movements.

Bliss – help and support for parents of babies born sick or premature.

Sands – free support to anyone affected by the death of a baby.

National Childbirth Trust – information and support in pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.

Down’s Syndrome Association – information and advice about Down’s Syndrome.

Twins and Multiple Births Association (TAMBA) – advice and information if you are expecting twins, triplets or more.

Miscarriage Association – advice for those affected by miscarriage, molar pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy.

Mind – support for mental health problems.

PANDAS Foundation UK – pre and post natal depression advice and support

Unicef – information on baby-friendly care and overcoming breastfeeding challenges

The Breastfeeding Network – independent support and information for breastfeeding women and others.

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Healthy Minds – support for over 16s who are experiencing problems such as stress, anxiety, low mood and depression.

#SqueezeLiftHold – a website with facts, tips and advice to help women recognise the signs of incontinence, as well as behaviours to follow to help strengthen their pelvic floor muscles.
